7.4/10

The hotel was a wonderful getaway for families with themed rooms that allow parents to relax while kids enjoy the magical surroundings. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being enthusiastic and helpful while others seemed overwhelmed. Despite a few hiccups, the location provided fun activities and adventures. Dining options ranged from excellent to disappointing. Overall, a unique experience with some room for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The themed rooms were a delightful surprise, providing a space for both kids and adults to enjoy. However, the absence of a bath was a small downside.
Service
7.0
The staff had a mix of energy levels but were generally helpful when approached. Some aspects like registering number plates felt a bit inconvenient.
Location
8.0
The location offered engaging activities like treasure hunts and easy access to nearby attractions. The unexpected closure of the kids' splash area was a disappointment.
Dining
7.0
Dining experiences varied from excellent to subpar, with occasional mix-ups in reservations. The inclusive dining option provided value for money despite some shortcomings.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered a range of facilities to keep guests entertained, despite occasional closures or interruptions. The overall value for the facilities was reasonable.

7.0/10

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a Wanyama View, including a king-size bed, bunk beds, and some chairs. However, there is no soundproofing, unlike other Premier Inns I have visited. The price was reasonable for the room.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with a king-size bed, bunk beds, and chairs. However, the lack of soundproofing was a downside.
Service
6.0
The service at the hotel needs a bit more training, but the young staff was friendly and tried to assist me. However, there were some issues where they were not fully transparent with me.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a slightly outdated location but has some novelty value, especially for families with a toddler. The staff were helpful with any issues we had during our stay.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience at the hotel was decent overall, with nice options. However, the booking process for breakfast was a bit inconvenient and the availability was limited.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities at the hotel, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and welcome drink, were satisfactory. Some improvements could enhance the overall experience.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was really nice and comfy. I loved the separated part for the kids to sleep as well, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The only issue was inconsiderate guests allowing their kids to make a lot of noise late into the night and disrupting our rest.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were really nice and comfy, with a separated part for the kids to sleep. Very clean and staff was always friendly and helpful. Only downside was noisy guests in the hallways at night.
Service
7.0
The service was top-notch, making our trip really fun, especially for the kids. The hotel theming was great, and the view of the zebras in the morning was fantastic. Unfortunately, one employee was rude and turned us away, which was a downside considering the amount we paid for our stay.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient, right next to a park and close to the sea life center. The room initially assigned had a tiny window overlooking shrubbery, which was a bit disappointing.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its ups and downs. The Safari Bar Grill was far better than the disappointing Aztec Buffet. The buffet style provided a variety of food but was on par with other standard options. French products were a nice touch.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were nice overall, with a splash pool and changing rooms needing more attention to cleanliness. The availability of EV chargers was convenient.
