Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a wonderful getaway for families with themed rooms that allow parents to relax while kids enjoy the magical surroundings. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being enthusiastic and helpful while others seemed overwhelmed. Despite a few hiccups, the location provided fun activities and adventures. Dining options ranged from excellent to disappointing. Overall, a unique experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a Wanyama View, including a king-size bed, bunk beds, and some chairs. However, there is no soundproofing, unlike other Premier Inns I have visited. The price was reasonable for the room.
My stay at the hotel was really nice and comfy. I loved the separated part for the kids to sleep as well, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The only issue was inconsiderate guests allowing their kids to make a lot of noise late into the night and disrupting our rest.
